Life Beyond Work

  • Boston Ballet - Ballet is one of my passions.
  • Border terriers - Our family dog, Sophie, is a Border terrier. Learn more about the breed here: Border Terrier Club of America.
  • Boston Fit - My local running club. Have you ever considered training for a marathon? I went from zero to 26.2 miles in 24 weeks. Learn everything you need to know to safely complete a marathon in a fun, supportive atmosphere. You can locate additional branches across the country at the parent site, USA Fit.
  • The Hermitage Hotel, Nashville, Tennessee - Do you have a deposition in Nashville? The Hermitage Hotel is Tennessee's only AAA Five-Diamond, Mobil Five-Star Hotel. Contact my sister, Pam Luttermoser, CMP, to book your overnight rooms, an office or a room for your deposition. Mention that you were referred by Virginia Dodge and recieve discounted pricing. Local Faves - Restaurants and other businesses I patronize

  • Antonio's - Italian fare on Beacon Hill to rival anything in the North End. They don't have a Website, but you can find them here.
  • Border Café - Fun (though noisy) restaurant near Harvard Square. Best to go at off-peak times or you'll have to wait for a table.
  • Fire + Ice - You can't go wrong with your meal, no matter what combination of ingredients you select. It's always unique and always delicious. We've eaten in Cambridge and the Back Bay.
  • Grotto - More fine Italian dining in a charming location.
  • Kinsale - Great food plus a unique atmosphere. The pub was designed and built in Ireland, then shipped to Boston.
  • The Last Hurrah - Fantastic food and cocktails in a relaxing, posh atmosphere. This is one of our favorite little lunch spots.
  • Pierrot - Excellent French bistro on Beacon Hill.
  • Scollay Square - The lobster mashed potatoes are to die for!
  • 75 Chestnut - I liked it better when the restaurant was more upscale, but they still serve fabulous food and now the prices are more reasonable.
  • Bostix - Terrific local resource for same-day half-price tickets for theatre, music and dance performances.
  • Dog Day Afternoons Country Day Prep - We send our dog here once a week for exercise and socialization. The staff loves their canine clients and keeps them safe while the dogs have a blast. Sophie gets so excited when the van comes to pick her up. Oh, yes, did I mention, they offer pickup and dropoff service as well?
